About Me
As a coach, I take my responsibility to you very seriously. I hold myself to a high professional standard, which means showing up with integrity, compassion, and consistency in everything I do. You can expect honesty, clear boundaries, and a safe, non-judgemental space where you are truly heard. I continue to invest in my own growth and training, so I can bring the best of myself to our work together. This isn’t just a job for me—it’s a calling, and I’m committed to walking alongside you with both heart and professionalism.
My journey into coaching began with my own season of feeling lost. There was a time when I looked around at my life and thought, “I’ve done everything I was supposed to do—so why do I feel so empty?” I had poured myself into roles, relationships, and responsibilities until I no longer recognised the woman in the mirror. That moment of quiet disconnection became the start of my transformation. I sought healing, rediscovered my identity, and began rebuilding from the inside out. Coaching became not just something I do—but something I live. That’s why I created Sister Minds: a space for women who, like I once did, need somewhere safe to pause, process, and start again with intention and self-worth.
My private practice is a calm, confidential space where women can take off the mask and speak freely—without judgement, pressure or pretence. Whether we’re meeting online or in person, I create an environment that feels safe, supportive, and grounded. Every woman I work with is unique, so my approach is always personalised. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all coaching. I listen deeply, reflect honestly, and guide gently—so that together, we can move at your pace toward lasting emotional clarity, confidence, and real-life change.

Here are some of the areas I specialise in
“Everything you want is Just outside your comfort zone”
— Yinka
Before I started working with Yinka, I felt emotionally numb and completely lost in my identity. She helped me create space for myself again—gently, without judgment. I now feel more confident, grounded, and like I truly matter
I joined Sister Minds thinking it was just about weight loss, but what I gained was emotional healing. Yinka helped me unpack the self-doubt I’d been carrying for years. I feel lighter, more accepting of myself, and ready to move forward.
After my divorce, I didn’t know who I was anymore. Working with Yinka gave me the tools to rebuild my self-worth and clarity around my future. I’m no longer stuck—I feel free and excited for what’s ahead.
